Tim is a highly valued member of the Senior Management team at ELK Architecture, who leads the Complex and Commercial Projects team responsible for delivering our large scale and highly complex residential and commercial projects.

A Registered Architect and educated in project management, his experience working within leading multi-disciplinary consultancy firms has provided Tim with a holistic view of the design & construction process, which shapes his collaborative approach to project delivery ensuring its success. Tim’s vast knowledge of the architectural process extends from project inception and concept design through to commercial tendering, construction phase services, and contract administration.

Tim has a wide range of experience across various project sectors including small and large-scale residential, heritage projects, primary, secondary and tertiary education, childcare, hospitality, master planning and industrial project typologies with project construction values ranging from <$1M to >$100M.

On the weekends you will most likely find Tim at one of his local surfing haunts or heading up the coast with the family.
