This beautiful residential new-build was designed to capture the amazing views over Soldier’s Point Tourist Park, while transversing the site in a stepped form.

The surroundings of the site informed the design through constraints such as bushfire compliance and a complex terrain to navigate.

The house features indoor-outdoor living, natural materials, and a Scandi-Coastal aesthetic.
