Raj's Corner

Cooks Hill
Darby Raj has been a long-standing food destination on Darby Street and was ready to jump across the road to Raj’s Corner into the heritage-listed corner block. The fitout involved the combining of two tenancies, the design of the full commercial kitchen, and extensive structural works; including the addition of a new awning to meet heritage requirements.

New operable bifold windows encourages bench dining opening onto the bustling street, and the interiors features extensive banquette dining with warm timbers and brass highlights and textural mosaic tiles.
