Medowie House

Medowie
This intimate and discreet family retreat embraces passive design. Thoughtful buffering zones meticulously carve out private havens, ensuring a seamless separation between South Street, the main dwelling, and the distinct secondary dwelling on the site.

Designed to foster social bonds, the dwelling unfolds with north-south-oriented indoor and outdoor living spaces.

This unique dwelling not only aesthetically defines itself in the distinct character of South Street but also intricately intertwines with the surrounding built environment and the natural bushy landscape, skilfully embracing a marriage of both modern and rural aesthetics.
