Joseph has acquired over a decade of professional experience both locally, as one of the first ELK team members, and on Sydney based projects during his time spent in high quality Sydney firms.

As an Associate and a Team Leader of our Single and Multi-Residential Department, Joseph enjoys working collaboratively with his team while imparting his knowledge and passion for high quality and practical design.

Throughout his career, Joseph has cultivated his skills across a diverse array of projects, finding enjoyment particularly in the early concept design phase. His attention to detail, creative use of materials and high-level form exploration has allowed him to continuously push new ideas and achieve successful outcomes for each project and client.

Outside of his work life, Joseph keeps busy with home renovations and spending time with his young family.
