Georgetown Townhouses

Georgetown
Originally set in a worker’s area for Copper Smelting Works, this Multi-dwelling embraces its past. Set in the original smelters gateway, the development incorporates its boundary lines with unique angles which help incorporate it into its industrial surroundings. The sharp angular brick walls create a grounding contrast to the intersecting light weight volumes above. The carefully curated materiality offers a playful response to the street and reminds us of its manufacturing past.
